Deutsche Telekom Forced to Open Network to Competitors
6 December, 2009The European Court of Justice on Thursday overruled an attempt by the Bundesnetzagentur, the German NRA, to allow incumbent operator Deutsche Telekom to ban competitors from having access to its high-speed broadband network.
