INTUG has observer status at the ITU and is recognized as expert group by the OECD, and is involved in regional policy debate, for example through the European Commission (EC) and Parliament (EP) and the BEREC Stakeholder Forum, and via the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

We also maintain discussions with both national regulators and providers of communications services and ICT services.
